Four Iron Apparel stocks blank caps and will embroider your logo directly on these finished caps. We restrict these orders to 36 piece logo minimums with 12 pieces per style, fabric, and color. The maximum front embroidery area is 2.5" tall by 4" wide, and additional embroidery locations include both sides and arched over the back opening. Standard production time is 2 to 3
weeks after logo approval.
- Prices do not include new artwork set-up and digitizing a new logo. Most logos provided by customers as .dst files are compatible with our machines and do not require any set-up charges.
- Standard charges to digitize a new logo are $16.00 per 1000 stitches with a $75 minimum. Charges include a sewn sample for customer approval.
- All headwear must be ordered 12 pieces per style and color. You may mix and match styles and colors to reach quantity discounts.
- Four Iron will custom quote any quantity headwear order upon receipt of quote request and artwork and/or logo stitch count.
