1. We specialize in quality custom silk-screen designs on t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. We offer design through production services on anything from athletic uniform lettering and number jobs, four-color process printing, and up to 8 ink colors on darks.
2. We offer in house digitizing and embroidery services with our key people having 25+ years experience in their jobs. Our embroidery quality is recognized as high quality because of this vast experience with different designs, fabrics, and techniques.
3. The Four Iron website reveals a snapshot of the thousands of products that we have access to and can logo, embroider, or silk-screen. The current cutting edge apparel styles include fashion hoodies, performance polos, microfiber jackets, microfleece, and performance t's and dress shirts, and ladies fashion t-shirts. 4. We import embroidered headwear direct from our Chinese manufacturing plants at a fraction of the cost of domestic made caps and finished cap embroidered pieces. The standard time line is 8-10 weeks from order date to customer receipt. We use virtual mock-ups and pre-production sampling for approvals to insure that the product is re-produced exactly to specifications.
5. Promotional and advertising speciality products are a growing portion of our business.
